We started in 2005 as a small-lot PCB trading company. In 2008 we invested in our own multilayer PCB factory, and in 2011 we brought in our first Samsung SMT line to offer prototype assembly in-house. Since then we have grown into two manufacturing plants — Songgang in Shenzhen and Houjie in Dongguan — running five fully automated SMT lines and four post-soldering lines.
Our focus is deliberately narrow: prototype, NPI and low-to-mid volume. This is the segment where engineering support matters most and where a supplier that can quote fast, build fast and ship fast is worth more than one that only competes on unit price. That is what our customers mean by our “three fasts” — fast quotation, fast production, fast delivery.
Quality is measured rather than inspected by eye. Solder paste volume is verified by SPI, every assembled board passes through 3D AOI, hidden joints under BGA and QFN are checked by X-Ray, and functional behaviour is validated on custom FCT fixtures built from each customer’s test plan. Every step is logged in our own ERP so that any board can be traced back to its batch, equipment and workstation.
Over two decades we have built long-term relationships with hundreds of component manufacturers and franchised distributors, including ADI, Infineon, Bourns, Littelfuse and Microchip, as well as domestic PCB fabricators. Components are purchased against your BOM part numbers, verified on receipt, and stored in climate-controlled, ESD-safe warehouses on a first-in-first-out basis.
